• Objective of the test is to monitor the development of the athlete's lower
    back and hamstring flexibility. Sit and reach test result is called FlexiScore.

  • Analysis of the sit and reach result is done by comparing it with the results
    of previous tests.

  • It is expected that with appropriate training between each test the analysis
    would indicate an improvement. The improvement or in some cases the
    downfall of FlexiScore level is evaluated and recorded.
DEFINITION: FlexiScore (short for flexibility score) is a term used in body metrics
analysis. Flexibility Score represents information gathered measuring and calculating
joint and muscle flexibility when performing a sit and reach test with an objective to
monitor development of athlete's lower back and
hamstring flexibility. The result is
communicated in a numerical expression between 60 and 140. 60 represents very low
